Eurolines Bus: Barcelona > Nice - Free using Eurolines 30 Day Pass

Lucky me, I had the opportunity to visit Barcelona for a second time. Barcelona was merely a stopover visit for my visit to nearby Andorra and Nice & Cannes. Barcelona is a lively & vibrant city and full of tourists especially at this time of the year.

I joined a 4 hr "Gaudi" morning walking tour from my hostel and visited a number of Antoni Gaudi's famous architectural buildings eg La Sagrada Familia around the city. I spent the rest of my time re-visiting La Rambla boulevard & Port Vell, the old port areas.

While waiting for my bus to Nice in front of the Eurolines bus station in Barcelona, I nearly lost my small backpack which was quietly lifted in front of my seat. But lady luck was with me and I shouted at a guy just walking past and feeling guilty, the bad guy dropped the bag and I quickly picked it up - thanks god otherwise this could upset my entire travel plan as my backpack has a notebook & other travel documents etc. So just be extra careful in public places and keep an eye on your luggage & belongings at all times. Bad & ugly things could happen at any time !
