Day 12 Monday June 2 2025 (Bukittinggi, Sumatra) Part 2 - after an hour of rest in hotel, both of us devoted a whole afternoon & made a visit to Fort De Kock, a historic landmark in downtown Bukittiggi, this 5 in 1 entry ticket allowed us to visit the Fort De Kock (1825), Jabatan Limpapeh, Kinantan Bird Park, Kinantan Zoo & Museum Rumah Adat Dan Baajuang so all in all, we had a wonderful afternoon visit seeing a mixed of cultural, historic & nature in Kota Bukittinggi, Sumatra !
1) Walkabout from our hotel > Fort De Kock in downtown Bukittinggi.
2) Fort De Kock, Kota Bukittiggi - located on Benteng Street, built in 1825 by Captain Bouver as a fort during the Padri War (1821 > 1837), entry ticket IDR50k (Rm13.50 = US$3.10).
3) Jabatan Limpapeh, Bukittinggi, Sumatra - located over Ahmad Yani Street, built in 1992, 3m wide & 90m length
4) Kinantan Bird Park, Bukittinggi, Sumatra

9) Jam Gadang (Clock Tower) by Night - a great place for an evening stroll, lively & very vibrant at night, nearby there is a night market with rows of vendors selling souvenirs & clothing & footwear, food & beverages etc.
