Day 16 Wednesday 25/9/2019 Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 

" Sanchi Stupa is a Buddhist complex, famous for its Great Stupa, on a hilltop at Sanchi Town in Raisen District, Madhya Pradesh, located 46km from Bhopal, the capital. 

1) Took a local bus (Rp50=Rm3 one way) from the Bhopal bus station to Sanchi town for a day trip to visit Sanchi Stupa & Museum. 

2) Archaeological  Museum, Sanchi, Bhopal - admission fee Rp600(Rm36) for entries to Sanchi Museum & Sanchi Stupa - a great display of ancient artefacts found in the nearby Buddhist complex. 

3) Pictures of Excavation sites of Sanchi Stupa exhibited in the Sanchi Museum, Bhopal
