India (Kolkata, West Bengal) Sept/Oct 2019 (Final Day) Part 7

1) At around 15.00, I checked out from my hostel and took a Metro (Rp10=Rm0.60) from the Park Street station to Dumdum Metro station (at this point of time, there is no direct Metro link to the International Airport). From Dumdum, I had to take a local bus (Rp20=Rm1.20) heading towards the Airport direction. You need at least 2 hours if you are using a combination of Metro & local bus from the city center to the International / domestic airport in Kolkata. Also pray hard that no monsoon rain in the afternoon to disrupt your Metro & bus rides from the city center to the International Airport !

2) Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata

3) Waiting lounge in front of the Domestic Departure Gate at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport - as I arrived early at around 17.00 in the International Airport & as my flight departure was after mid-night - so I had to rest myself at the lounge till around 21.00 before eligible to enter the International Departure Hall.

4) International Departure Hall, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport

5) Beautiful sunset in Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata

8) On board the Air Asia flight and arrived safely at around 07.30 in Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 - Finally, my "safari" visit to Incredible India has come to an end - mission accomplished & one up in the world of travelling for KM !
