The Khajuraho Group of Monuments of Hindu & Jain temples - admission fee for foreigners Rp600; as most of the West Group monuments could be viewed from the outside of the fenced up complex, we chose not to enter and took the following pictures for posting in my travel blog !
1) Western Group monuments of Khajuraho
2) Matangesvara Temple - one of the earliest temples of Khajuraho 900 - 925 CE; a grand elaboration of Brahma temple & has a grand stepped pyramid roof !
3) Archaeological Museum of Khajuraho - closed at the time of our visit
4) Jalan Jalan (Walkabout) near the Western Group of Monuments of Khajuraho
