Tourist Guides Information Centre, Ooty, Tamil Nadu - visited the centre in the early morning & an official on duty provided useful information including day tour packages & pricing etc on various touristy places in Ooty & nearby area. A good starting point ! Signed up our 1st Day Tour Package (this morning) with a nearby local travel agency (Shree Raggvendhra Travel) recommended by the centre !
Local travel agencies & auto rickshaws in Ooty town centre have billboards & street posters promoting Day Tour Packages to visitors & tourists. So no hassle at all for you to visit the major tourist attractions in and around Ooty & beyond !

8) Catherine Water Falls - a hidden gem in Coonoor, stunning waterfall falling from an altitude of 250ft ! Nearby are laws falls, Elk falls, Ketty Valley, tiger hill & dolphin's nose.
8) Dolphin Nose View Point - a tourist spot in Coonoor, over 1,500ft above sea level, located in Kodaikanal, 9km from Coonoor, a flat protruding piece of rock that is shaped like a dolphin's nose !
9) Botanical Garden, Ooty, Tamil Nadu - admission fee Rp50 = Rm2.90
