Day 2 - Airlink's Tour Itinerary:
1) Suzhou Museum - Local historical & artistic museum
2) Taipingtianguo Zhongwang Mansion - An old mansion uprising during Qing dynasty
3) Taihu Lake Scenic Area - Largest fresh water lake in Wuxi
4) Taihu Lake National Wetland Park - A leisure park enlightened with the charm of nature, also visit Giant Panda Science Museum
Note: Our group did not visit Suzhou Museum & Taipingtianguo Zhongwang Mansion as highlighted in their tour brochure - a big question mark ? However, instead of Suzhou Museum, our group was taken to visit the Suzhou Silk Museum & a riverside view of the Bird Nest Stadium from far ! Suzhou Museum is one of the most visited tourist sites in this city ! Visiting the Taipingtianguo Zhongwang Mansion, a historical building built during the Qing dynasty is a better choice than viewing the Bird Nest stadium !

2) 1st compulsory shopping visit to a Top 10 silk products manufacturing company in Suzhou - bought 2 king size silk mattress covers for Y1,200 - very informative & educational visit ! Our group was taken to view the silk production lines & briefed on the making of silk from the cocoon stage ! After viewing the production process, our group was taken to their showroom & sales center - a few of our tour members including me ended buying the company's silk products eg mattress & pillow covers etc
3) Suzhou Silk Museum, Jiangsu
4) 2nd compulsory shopping visit, Suzhou - China Embroidery Skills Museum, no photography allowed !
