Friday Night (30/12/2016) at KLCC Petronas Twin Tower & Bukit Bintang - 4 hrs walking tour (18.30 - 22.30)
- Subang Jaya LRT station > KLCC LRT station
- Imbi MRT station > KL Sentral MRT station
- KL Sentral LRT station > Subang Jaya LRT station
After a dinner meal (Friday 30 Dec) at a local restaurant in Subang Jaya, I took a LRT train from Subang Jaya to KLCC LRT train station. Petronas Twin Tower is a 5-10 minutes walk from the KLCC station. This 88 floor skyscraper dominates the skyline of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and is best seen and visited at night ! From the Petronas Twin Towers, you could take an evening stroll and walk to the Bukit Bintang, a major shopping & entertainment district of Kuala Lumpur, most popular to tourists. The landmark shopping malls found here are Berjaya Time Square, Starhill Gallery, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Lot 10, Sungei Wang & Bukit Bintang Plaza, Fahrenheit 88 etc so happy shopping & dining in Bukit Bintang till your last pennies !
Two of my family members are now taking a package tour in China ie Changsa, Phoenix Anceint Town & Zhangjiajie so instead of idling at home, I chose to do the walking tours and explore the Kuala Lumpur city in greater depth !
