Day 3 - Thursday 16th May 2019 New York, USA Part 1 

Took a subway train ride from Morgan Avenue to Bowling Green station, Downtown Manhattan & focused our day visit to Staten Island (ferry ride), viewing of Statute of Liberty & a walking tour to The Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange & financial district in Lower Manhattan area, Chinatown, 9/11 Memorial etc. 

1) Public ferry ride from Staten Ferry Pier to Staten Island & viewing of Statute of Liberty, New York (free ferry services)



2) Statute of Liberty, New York City - as viewed from the Staten Island ferry 


3) Staten Island, a New York city borough. 



4) Charging Bull Statute, Financial District in Manhattan, New York City - also referred as the Wall Street Bull or the Bowling Green Bull. The sculpture was created by a Sicilian artist Arturo Di Modica. 


5) National Archives at New York City 


6) Bowling Green, New York City 


7) Trinity Church, Wall Street (1697) 


8) Wall Street, New York City - a 8th block long street from Broadway to South Street at the East River in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City 



9) Zuccotti Park, Lower Manhattan


10) Penn Station, 34 Street - Pennsylvania Station also known as New York Penn Station is the main intercity railroad station in New York City, the busiest in Western Hemisphere serving more than 600,000 passengers per weekday in 2019 ! 


11) Macy's Departmental Store - Macy's Herald Square is the flagship of the Macy's department store chain in Manhattan, New York City. The building's 2.5 million square feet includes 1,250,000 sq ft of retail space, making it the largest department stores in USA 


12) The Battery, New York
