Travel itinerary: Sungei Lembing > Kuantan (approx 48km)

Day 3 (Wednesday April 13 2022 Morning)

Woke up early to do a hiking up the Bukit Panorama (Peak) Sungei Lembing, quite strenuous for me but slow & steady, I was able to reach the top to enjoy a panoramic view of Sungei Lembing partly covered with sea of clouds ... also a test of my mental & physical strength !

1) Bukit Panorama (Peak) Sungei Lembing - 45 minutes of hiking to the peak of Mt Lembing (271m high, 1,100 steps), missed seeing the sunrise as we started the hike at 06.45 (ideal time is 05.30) with intermittent rest breaks, but the view from the Panorama Hill is magnificent, witnessed spectacular sea of clouds hovering across the horizon, lush greeneries & breath taking views; for hikers who reach the top, an erected signboard said "you have burned 418 calories by being here" !  Well done to KF Wong, Thompson Tham & KM !

Sunrise in my neighbourhood Subang Jaya during my early morning walks in SS17 area this year !

Makan Makan (Eating) - group's breakfast in Ah Fong Noodle Stall, Sungei Lembing Hawker Centre, ordered 3 bowls of noodle / mi hoon together with yong tau foo + coffee totalled Rm31.50 (US$7.40)
