Malaysia (Kajang, Selangor - The History of Kajang Satay) Oct 2018 Part 2

1) The History of Sate Kajang - Sate or Satay Kajang was introduced to this famous satay town in 1917 by a Javanese from Indonesia …. the rest is history ! If you love eating satay, come to Kajang old town & show up at the Restoran Sate Kajang Hj Samuri & have a bite of your choice of Kajang satay in beef, chicken or mutton - yummy yummy-lah !

2) Restoran Sate Kajang Hj Samuri - opposite the MRT Stadium Kajang station; old folk like me paid Rm3.20 (one way) for a LRT & MRT train ride from Subang Jaya > Pasar Seni > Kajang / Kajang Stadium ! Old is gold especially when you try the Kajang satay with a history tale of over 100 years ! Cheap train rides for senior citizens & cheap Kajang satay to eat with peanut curry gravy, sliced cucumber & big onions + a glass of lime juice ! So what are you waiting for if you are a resident of Klang Valley or a visiting tourist to Kuala Lumpur but do not expect a KL hop in hop off tour bus to bring you to this quaint little Kajang town ! Explore & find out more but it is as easy as ABC to come to this Kajang town !

Makan Makan (Eating) - bought 15 sticks of Kajang satay (Rm15=US$3.60) as takeaway after taking a number of pictures of this popular sate restaurant in old Kajang town. A yummy side dish dinner this evening for my family members !

Rm0.92 per stick for satay beef or chicken; Rm1.51 for mutton; (US$0.36) per stick
