Final Day-8 Tuesday 25/7/2017
Jakarta > Kuala Lumpur - my final day in Jakarta and my maiden visit to the capital city of Indonesia is about to end !
1) Morning breakfast (free) at Six Degrees Hostel, a plate of fried rice nicely prepared by the hostel kitchen cook, taste better than those I ate outside !
2) Commuter train from Cikini train station > Gondangdia train station & then a 10 mins walk to Gambir train station to board a Damri bus to the airport
3) Boarding a Damri airport bus at Gambir train station to Soekarno Hatta Airport T2 (Air Asia) - IDR40,000 (Rm12.20) per ticket, departing every 15 minutes to airport, tickets can be bought at the Damri bus ticket counter located outside of the Gambir Train Station
4) Suburban sceneries as seen from the bus window from Gambir train station to Soekarno Hatta Airport
5) Damri bus dropping off passengers in domestic, terminal A, B & C
6) Arriving at Soekarno Hatta airport (T2)
7) Souvenirs, duty free & eatery shops in Soekarno Hatta airport (after the immigration clearance)
8) Arriving at KLIA2 after a 2 hr flight from Jakarta. Home Sweet Home again ! Another travel goal accomplished ! To all international travelers, Selamat Datang Ke Malaysia (Welcome to Malaysia) ! To KM, welcome home and all I need now is to board a Skybus to KL Sentral and then a LRT to Subang Jaya and look forward to enjoy a home cooked dinner which I missed for almost a week !
