Day 7 Friday May 19 2023 Part 1 - focusing my visit mainly to 3 touristy places in Kota Yogyakarta ie Museum Kraton Yogyakarta, Istana Air (Water Castle) Taman Sari & Vredeburg Museum. 

1) Street art in suburban Yogyakarta, Java - mural mural on the wall, who is the prettiest of them all ! 


2)  Early morning walk in suburban Yogyakarta  & accompanying my travel buddy for a breakfast in Adhisthana Hotel. 


3) After the breakfast, both of us walked to Perjuangan bus stop & took a BRT bus to visit major touristy places in Malioboro !


4) The busy Malioboro shopping district, a tourist haven !


5) Masjid Gedhe, Kraton Yogyakarta, Java


6) Museum Kraton Yogyakarta, Java - the complex was built in 1755 - 1756 for Hamengkubuwono 1, the first Sultan of Yogyakarta, it was one of the monarch's first priority after the signing of the Treaty pf Giyanti, which recognised the creation of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta under the Dutch East India Company, entrance fee 25,000Rp (Rm7.70)
