Day 4 Wednesday 6 Nov 2019 continued - visits to Lijiang Ancient Town (UNESCO) & Black Dragon Lagoon, Lijiang, Yunnan
1) Lunch in Restaurant for Horse Caravans, Lijiang, Yunnan - quite often, tour members joining a package tour are herded like a horse caravans but in the modern days, we are fortunate that all our food, transport & lodging are well taken care of - so don't complain too much ! It will be lovely that there is a dish of spicy horse meat for our tour members to savor !
2) Lijiang Ancient Town (UNESCO), Yunnan - my wife first visit & for me, my 3rd so my footprints were everywhere in this old ancient town !
3) Lijiang Ancient Town map - if you are not street smart or got lost, just ask one of the many volunteers around so just relax & wander around in this UNESCO site !
3) Sifang Street (The Square Street), Lijiang Ancient Town, Yunnan - the most strategic & centralised location in Lijiang Ancient Town.
4) The Bar Street, Lijiang Ancient Town - very noisy along this bar street in the evening & at night but if you are a mid-night cowboy or beer drinker or a lonely cat, head for the bar street and enjoy a jar of cool Lijiang beer & be entertained by local singers, you are forever looked young here !
5) Umbrella Lanes, Lijiang Ancient Town, Yunnan - a fashion parade of colorful umbrellas hanging in the air for tourists to admire & shelter !
