Day 7 Saturday 9 Nov 2019 - day & evening (free & easy) visits to East West Temple Pagoda, Jinmabiji, Shun Cheng Underground Shopping Mall & Nanping Pedestrian Street, Kunming, Yunnan
1) Buffet breakfast at Yun Hua Hotel, Chuxiong, Yunnan
2) Suburban & Countryside sceneries from Chuxiong > Kunming (169km - 2hrs 30 mins)
3) Lunch in a seafood restaurant in Kunming, Yunnan - time for a group photo for remembrance ! Special cuisine was a plate of Yiliang roasted duck meat but I loved eating the deep fried prawns too !
4) East & West Temple Pagoda - One of the earliest Ancient Towers at Yunnan
5) Jinmabiji, Kunming, Yunnan - a legend described that the Golden Horse (Jinma) & the Jade Cock (Biji) are the gods of the sun & the moon. When the sun rises, the glittering Golden Horse looks like a galloping horse. When the sun sets, the misty Jade Cock looks like a dancing peacok !
6) After the Jinmabiji visit, our group took a short walk from Jinmabiji to an overhead bridge & had our hotel check in - our overnight stay (7th Night - Final) in Weilong Hotel, Kunming, Yunnan - within walking distance to Shuncheng shopping mall, Nanping Pedestrian Street & Jinmabji.
7) After our the hotel check in, it was free & easy time for our tour group so most of our members walked across from our hotel to Shun Cheng Shopping Mall to do some last minute shopping or window shopping !
