Day 1 - Thursday 1 Nov 2018

Day 2 - Thank God Is Friday, 2 Nov 2015

As Day 2 was a Friday, our group was unable to visit the famous Blue Mosque & this visit was deferred to the last day of our stay in Istanbul ie on Day 10. Also our group's visit to the Hippodrone was deferred too to Day 9 ! But it was a great start for me as my last visit to these places ie Istanbul city, Hagia Sopia & Tokapi Palace were in Sept 2008 - a lapse of 10 years ! I believed our tour members were equally impressed with what they saw in Istanbul & the 2 tourist attractions thus far ! After Istanbul, our group arrived in a country resort town ie Bolu in the evening and stayed over night. 

6) Arriving in Istanbul International Airport, Turkey (05.45) - immigration checks, luggage collections, money changing, buying local Sim card & meeting our Turkish tour guide etc
