Sunday April 30 2023 - my staycation in Bukit Jalil National Sport Stadium & Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, together with my wife & sisters Inn, Peng & Mei from Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor (09.30 > 15.30)

Travel itinerary: Subang Jaya (home) > Taman Equine > Bukit Jalil > Taman Equine > Subang Jaya, Selangor (approx 90km round trip)

My travel buddies: my wife & sisters Inn, Peng & Mei from Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor

1) Bukit Jalil National Sport Stadium, Kuala Lumpur - located in the National Sports Complex, south of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, an all seater multi-purpose stadium for international concerts, weddings & sporting events & the home ground of the Malaysia national football team, with a capacity of 87,411, it is the largest South East Asia & 3td largest in Asia, officially opened on July 1998 ahead of the 1998 Commonwealth Games; my last visit to this stadium was 15 years ago !

2) Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur - a new lifestyle shopping destination, focused my visit mainly in Tokyo Town, Level 2 (Orange Zone), interior design is very much authentic Japanese & an ideal Instagram spot, my last visit to this shopping mall was in Dec 2022; my sisters 1st time visit.

3) Tokyo Town, Level 2 (Orange Zone), Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Kuala Lumpur

Sunday April 30 2023 - after the Bukit Jalil visit, our group of 5 had a lunch in Xin Man Xiang Restaurant, Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor; 5 tai chow dishes + 1 takeaway Hokkien mee + 1 pot of Chinese Tea + 2 white rice = Rm118 (US$26.80); a treat for my sister Peng for her birthday which falls on Labour Day May 1 (the following day). As for me my birthday is a day after the Labour Day ! So a small celebration for me & my sister Peng in the month of May !

Saturday March 25 2023 - Ching Ming prayer with my family members in Kwong Tong Cemetery, Kuala Lumpur.

After the Ching Ming prayer, my siblings & family members had a lunch in F4 Fish Head Restaurant, Jalan Subang 4, Industrial Park, Subang Jaya, Selangor - 7 tai chow dishes + rice + a pot of Chinese tea for a table of 9, totalled Rm240 (US$55)

Thursday March 23 2023 - a leisure free MRT train ride (in conjunction with the introductory & promotional launch of a new Putrajaya MRT suburban line commencing March 16 2023) from Subang Jaya (my home place) > Putrajaya Sentral together with my travel buddy Thompson & his 2 ex-colleagues Tham & Kuan; upon arrival at the Putrajaya Sentral MRT station, our group took a free shuttle bus for a round trip to Putrajaya Government Office Complex & Administrative centre; after the bus ride, our group adjourned for noodle lunch in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur.

1) The start (09.00) of my Rapid KL LRT train ride from SS15, Subang Jaya > Chan Sow Lin LRT / MRT station

2) Meet up (10.30) with my travel buddy, Thompson & his 2 friends inside the Chan Sow Lin MRT station for a transit to Putrajaya MRT Line (Yellow) > Putrajaya Sentral (13 stops)

3) Kuala Lumpur suburban scenery as viewed from the MRT train windows heading towards Putrajaya.

4) Arriving at the Putrajaya Sentral MRT station

5) Exited the Putrajaya Jaya MRT station & took a excavator down towards the Feeder Bus Station.

6) Boarded a Feeder Bus No T511 for a free round trip bus ride to Putrajaya Government & Administration Centre & return; due to a hot weather, our group decided not to do a walking tour of Putrajaya centre & KIV for a future visit instead !

7) After the Putrajaya feeder bus ride, our group took a MRT from the Putrajaya Sentral to Pudu LRT station for a Hakka noodle lunch in Chun Kei Tai Bu Noodle Restaurant (a treat from my travel buddy, Thompson Tham) !

Saturday March 18 2023 - my solo visit to MATTA Fair hosting first time in MITEC, Jalan Dutamas 2, Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, observed the new venue had attracted a bigger crowd turnup this year !

2) MITEC (Malaysian International Trade Exhibition Centre), Jalan Dutamas 2, Segambut, Kuala Lumpur - 1st time hosting the MATTA Fair which was in the past held in Putra World Trade Centre, Jalan Tun Ismail, Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur.
