Day 7 Monday 16/9/2019 - Shirdi, Maharashtra - took a local bus from Aurangabad to visit Shirdi (125km - 3hrs by bus), the birth place of Sai Baba; this day trip was not included in our original travel plan but KIV as an alternative to Ellora/Ajanta. While on our train ride from Secunderabad to Aurangabad, we realized that we were taking a "pilgrim" train as almost 90% of the passengers were going to Shirdi ! This enthused both of us after an hour of chat with an elderly devotee about Sai Baba so both of us decided to make a trip to do darshan at Shirdi Sai Baba Complex.
" Sai Baba of Shirdi also known as Shirdi Baba was an Indian spiritual master who is regarded by his devotees as a saint, a fakir & a satguru. He is revered by both his Hindu & Muslim devotees during as well as after his lifetime "
