Day 10 Dec 19 2023 - taking a day train from Jaisalmer > Jodhpur & a late hotel check in Govind Hotel, Jodhpur.

Arriving in Jodhpur Junction (21.15) & hiring of a porter (Rp200 = Rm11.60) to help carried our big luggage (over 20kg) & a cabin size luggage (10kg) to the railway station exit area for a auto-rickshaw ride to Govind Hotel for our hotel check-in.
Hotel Accommodation: my 3 nights stay in Govind Hotel, Jodhpur, Rajasthan Rp1,200 = Rm70 (twin sharing) per room night.
Jodhpur, Rajasthan - a city in the Thar Desert of the northwest Indian state of Rajasthan, its 15th century Mehrangarh Fort is a former palace that's now a museum, displaying weapons, paintings & elaborate royal palanquins (sedan chairs), set on a rocky outcrop, the fort overlooks the walled city where many buildings are painted the city's iconic shade of blue.
Day 11 Dec 20 2023 (Jodhpur) - after a good night sleep, both of us enjoyed a hotel breakfast at the Rooftop prior to venturing out to get a 1st glimpse of Jodhpur city also called the Blue City or The Sun City

Toori Ka Jhalra (Queen's Stepwell), Jodhpur, Rajasthan - construction in 1740, built by a Queen, Maharaja Abhay Singh's Consort, 200ft in depth, a 18th century stepwell featuring intricate carvings.
