Thailand (Post Covid-19 Overseas Visit No 2 - My 13 days in Hatyai, Songkhla, Hua Hin & Bangkok, Thailand) Nov 20 > Dec 2 2022 (Day 7 Saturday Part 2)

Day 7 Saturday Nov 26 2022 (Evening) - the part 2 of this post focused on our group visit to Asiatique. 

Asiatique, Bangkok - a large open-air mall in Bangkok, Thailand, occupies the former docks of the East Asiatic Company & faces the Chao Phraya River & Charoen Krung Road, the complex opened in 2012 after extensive renovation of the site.

1) Our group's early dinner at a food stall near our hotel in Petchathewi prior to Asiatique visit

2) BTS skytrain ride from Petchathewi > Saphan Taksin

3) Free shuttle boat from Sathorn Pier >  Asiatique The Riverfront or you can opt for a free shuttle boat to Icon Siam Shopping Mall. 1st boat departing 16.15 from Sathorn Pier to Asiatique Pier & last boat is 23.15

4) Arriving at the Asiatique Riverfront, Bangkok - Our Saturday Night fever feeling was on high gear as soon as we arrived at the pier, saw steady stream of local visitors & foreign tourists arriving from private tour boats & free shuttle boats, a starry starry night awaits the visitors spending their happy hours in eatery outlets, cafes & pubs with musical bands & what a great place to hang out till the wee hours of the night!
