Overseas visits - A Little Sightseeing; no luxury in the skies (economy class & low cost airliner), no 5 star Shangri-La hotel stay, no Sydney lobster & seafood basket meal, no Mercedes & BMW (Black Market Wife) limousine ground transport; just plain, down to earth, KISS (keep it sweet & simple) KM's style of travelling with like minded travel buddies; a little recap of my 4 overseas Little Sightseeing (Revisit of Countries & Reminiscing My Good Old Days) in the 1st & 2nd quarters (Jan > March & April > June) of 2026 ie Gooooood Morning south-eastern Vietnam (Jan 18 > Feb 5, 19 days), the Wonderland Coastline of Shandong Province in north-east China (April 12 > 28, 17 days), the Uniquely Singapore Experience (May 17 > 20, 4 days) the Amazing southern Thailand (June 21 > July 1 2026, 11 days); all in all a total of 51 days away from Home Sweet Home !
How time has flown ! At the time of writing, we have crossed the half way mark of the Year of the Horse in 2026 ! For the ardent travellers, are you still "horsing" halfway round the globe or taking a "pause" planning for a next move (ending of Middle East conflict ? Monitoring of weather forecast in coming months etc ?)
A little review is a marvellous thing. Review is essential to evaluation, which is essential to progress ! Happy sightseeing, KM plus a little eating whenever & wherever you are overseas or in home country so as to keep things moving & making your retirement & travelling LIFE a purposeful meaningful & "colourful" one !

Good Friday June 5 2026 - walkabout in Kuala Lumpur City Centre with my wife after a beef noodle lunch in Lai Fong Restoran, near Pasar Seni LRT station; a little eating & a little sightseeing, my wife's once in a full moon visit to Kuala Lumpur City Centre !
Monday April 6 2026 Nilai Memorial Park, Selangor - tomb sweeping day (remembering my mother & father-in-law) together with my wife & family members in conjunction with Qing Ming festival.
Sunday April 5 2026 - MATTA Tourism Fair, my 2nd visit, this time together with my ex-travel buddy, Boon from Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Friday April 3 2026 - MATTA (Tourism) Fair - my solo visit to MATTA (Tourism) Fair, MITEC, Kuala Lumpur, held bi-annually, free shuttle bus service from KL Sentral to MATTA Fair, MITEC, Kuala Lumpur; keeping abreast with a modern travelling world & a tourism update !
