" Today is a wonderful day to have a wonderful day "

Day 4 (Thursday April 14 2022 Afternoon)

Kuala Rompin (my 1st visit), Pahang - located on the South-East coast of Peninsular Malaysia & faces the South China Sea; in colonial days, it was a fishing village & often visited by traders who commute between Singapore & Kuantan, best known as the gateway to Tioman Island, famous for seafood especially freshwater prawns & clams, crabs & squids etc, Rompin is also building a name for itself in the sport of sailfish fishing, increasingly recognised as the Sailfish Capital of Asia & host a yearly world-class event, so if you are after riverside houseboat stays & deep sea fishing adventure & enjoy eating seafood, come to Endau Rompin ! Rompin District is divided into 5 mukims (communes) namely Tioman, Endau, Pontian (my home town 1950>1968), Keratong & Kuala Rompin town.

My first visit to Endau-Rompin, another dream fulfilled after this exciting visit !
