" My Staycation No 2 (Transition to Endemic Phase) free & easy solo visit & Jalan Jalan (Walkabout) in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday April 23 2022 (09.15 > 13.30), travelling by Rapid KL LRT & MRT trains from SS15, Subang Jaya, my 35th outdoor trip after a National Lockdown (Movement Control Order / Emergency) imposed by the Malaysian Government on May 6 2021 due to a spike in Covid-19 cases; a National Vaccination campaign is currently being implemented by the Malaysian Government (Phase 1 started in Feb 2021), as at Feb 5 2022, a total of 22.9 million individuals or 97.9% of the adult population in Malaysia have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations; Malaysia is now under the Transition to Endemic Phase starting from April 1 2022, an exit strategy that could allow Malaysians to return to near-normal life after nearly 2 years of battling the pandemic "

My Good Old Days - my solo free & easy visit to Iran (March 20 > April 2 2018 which coincided with the celebration of their Nowruz ie Persian New Year commencing March 21 2018; visiting the "Eid in Harmony" in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur reminiscing of my Good Old Days "wandering" around by public transport (buses, shared taxis & Metro trains) in Teheran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Persepolis, Yazd & Qavzin ! There are a few more cities & places of interest I yearn to see in Iran, hopefully I could realise my "Iran Dream" one more time !

Saturday April 23 2022 - My little LIFE pleasure 3 in 1 weekend visit to Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur ie Petaling Street, Street Art Murals in Lorong Petaling & Kwai Chai Hong.
1) Petaling Street (Chinatown), Kuala Lumpur - more cars & people on the roads, the return of local & foreign tourists in Chinatown gradually picking up !
2) New street art murals in Lorong Petaling, Kuala Lumpur - black & white Old KL street art murals depict a 1930s scene of an old market in Kuala Lumpur, which incudes a bullock cart.
3) Kwai Chai Hong (Little Demon Alley), Lorong Pangung, City Centre, Kuala Lumpur - a brief visit having visited this touristy place 5 to 6 times during the last two years !
My final 4th LRT train ride (Rm1.90) from Pasar Seni > SS15, Subang Jaya, Selangor - Home Sweet Home !

Makan Makan (Eating) Friday April 22 2022 - visited my Klang travel buddies (Chim, Wong & Hui) in Taman Sentosa, Sifu Chim kindly performed one session of point therapy on my body to help relieve trigger points followed by a lunch (a treat from Sifu Chim) in Foo House Seafood Restaurant, Taman Sentosa, Klang; My Klang travel buddies had travelled with me to Thailand (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019), Laos (2017) & Cambodia (2018), those were my Good Old Days, enjoying Good Food, Good Company & Good Times !

Sunday April 10 2022 - visit to MATTA Travel Fair together with my 2 travel buddies (KF Wong & Thompson Tham), visited the Malaysian & International Pavilions & collected some tourist brochures on Caucasus countries; my 2 travel buddies had signed up a 10 days 7 nights package tour to Turkey (Rm3,999 = US$934) with a KL Travel Agency, as I had visited Turkey twice ie 2008 (solo) & 2018 (together with my wife), I decided not to take advantage of this promotional offer !
Sunday April 10 2022 visit to Sunway Putra Mall after the MATTA Fair - previously known as The Mall or Putra Place, is a shopping mall located along Jalan Putra in Kuala Lumpur, it is situated across the street from the Putra World Trade Centre & the Seri Pacific Hotel.

Qingming (Tombs Sweeping Day) Festival 2022 - a traditional Chinese festival & a cultural heritage event, falls on April 5 2022, customary for families to offer prayers & sacrifices to deceased & ancestors of their family members & sweeping tombs during the festival; this year together with my wife & siblings, my family group paid a visit to Kwang Tung Cemetery (KL), Sau Seng Lum Buddhist Temple (PJ), Nirwana Memorial Parks in Nilal (Negeri Sembilan & Semenyik (Selangor)
Saturday April 9 2022 - Qingming visit to Nilai Memorial Park, a public memorial park in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, situated along the North South Expressway Southern Route, the 1st closed tolled expressway public memorial park in Malaysia.
Saturday April 9 2022 - a brief visit to Nirvana Memorial Park, Jalan Sungei Lalang, Batu 30, Semenyih, Selangor, the largest memorial park in Asia (588 acres of land), featured with outstanding landscapping, lush greeneries & beautiful flora & a longest dragon statute !
