1) Taking a Rapid KL train (Kelana Jaya Line) from SS15 LRT station (my home place) to Masjid India and a connecting LRT train (Seri Petaling Line) to Titiwangsa 06.20 > 07.20
2) Boarding a Trans Malaya Express bus (Rm22.47 online booking) from Titiwangsa Sentral, Pekeliling, Kuala Lumpur to Jerantut, Pahang 08.30 > 12.00 (3.5 hours)
3) A brief stopover at the Jengka Bus terminal to pick up & drop off passengers
4) Arriving at the Terminal Sentral Jerantut (Bus Terminal), Pahang & taking a public bus (Pahang Lin Siong), 2 public bus services daily ie 08.00 & 15.00, tourists can opt to choosing a NKS Hotel & Travel van ride (Rm25 per pax) from the Jerantut bus terminal to Kuala Tahan village. (67km - approx one hour by taxi; for public bus, this may take 1 hour 30 minutes)
5) Jerantut Town, Pahang - the gateway of Taman Negara (National Park)
6) Laman Mat Kilau, Jerantut, Pahang
7) Kuan Yin Temple, Jerantut, Pahang
8) Masjid Tengku Ahmad, Jerantut, Pahang
9) KTM Railway Station, Jerantut, Pahang - only one departure per day; departing Jerantut at 03.03 > Gemas (Adult Rm19 for seat tickets); connecting train departing Gemas at 08.05 & 15.13, not so ideal for tourists travelling by train from Kuala Lumpur to Jerantut or vice versa !
