" My Staycation No 4 & 5 (Transition to Endemic Phase) free & easy visit & Jalan Jalan (Walkabout) in Kuala Lumpur (Fahrenheit 88 & Mid Valley) & Petaling Jaya (Sunway Pyramid, Empire Shopping Galley, Subang Parade & First Subang) on May 2 & 3 2022, travelling by Rapid KL LRT & MRT trains / by own vehicle from SS15, Subang Jaya, my 37th & 38th outdoor trips after a National Lockdown (Movement Control Order / Emergency) imposed by the Malaysian Government on May 6 2021 due to a spike in Covid-19 cases; a National Vaccination campaign is currently being implemented by the Malaysian Government (Phase 1 started in Feb 2021), as at Feb 5 2022, a total of 22.9 million individuals or 97.9% of the adult population in Malaysia have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations; Malaysia is now under the Transition to Endemic Phase starting from April 1 2022, an exit strategy that could allow Malaysians to return to near-normal life after nearly 2 years of battling the pandemic "

Tuesday May 3 2022 - Travel itinerary (Rapid KL train rides): SS15 Subang Jaya > Pasar Seni (transit) > Pavilion Kuala Lumpur > return
Monday May 2 2022 - Travel itinerary (self drive, together with my wife): SS17, Subang Jaya (my home place) > Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur (approx 15km one way, morning visit)
Tuesday May 3 2022 - 2nd Day of the Hari Raya Aidilfitri, a public holiday, major shopping malls & touristy places in Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley were packed with holiday makers & migrant workers !
1) Raya Melodies (P Ramlee & Saloma Gallery), Fahrenheit 88, Jalan Gading, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur - an exquisite showcase of legacy & tradition inspired by the life & work of Malaysian performing icons Tan Sri P Ramlee & Puan Sri Saloma; the former residence of P Ramlee, No 22, Jalan Dedap, Taman P Ramlee, Setapak has since in 1986 converted into a museum named P Ramlee Memorial ! P Ramlee died in 1973 (10.15>11.00)
