Day 19 Part 1 Thursday Feb 23 2023 - our group of 4 signed up a day tour package to visit Sun World Ba Na Hills Resort (08.00 > 17.00) via our hotel (one day notice to secure a booking confirmation) in Danang (my first visit), each paid 1,050,000dong (Rm205 = US$47) all inclusive of hotel pick up & return, admission fees, funicular & cable car rides excluding a buffet lunch ! A small rebate of 50,000dong was given to this group booking ! If DIY (do-it-yourself), the admission fee is 850,000dong (Rm165) & make your own transport arrangement ie by a bike (solo traveller) or a Grab car or a 4 seater private car if you are travelling in a small group !
1) Sun World Ba Na Hills Resort, Danang - Front Entrance & Ticketing Counter & a short walk to the cable car station for our cable car ride to the Fantasy Park.
Cable car ride from Hoi An Station to Fantasy Park Complex, Ba Na Hills Resort, Danang
Arriving at Arapang 2 Restaurant, Fantasy Park Complex, Sun World Ba Na Resort, Danang - our tour group 1st meet up point inside the Fantasy Park - visiting washroom, advice on time management, guided visit to view a 3D mega cinema & cultural performance etc
Funicular car ride to Fantasy Park Complex, Ba Na Hills Resort, Danang
Roaming the French Village free & easy (given a free time of 2.5hr by the Tour Guide) in Ba Na Hills Resort, Danang - probably not enough of time if you participate in various amusement activities & taking up a day tour package inclusive of a buffet lunch ! To save time, both my wife & myself packed some finger food & ate them whenever we liked !
1) The Park, French Village, Sun World Ba Na Hills Resort - misty & foggy during the early morning (9.30 > 10.30) but clearer from 11.30 onwards !
