1) Buddhist Maha Vihara Temple, Jalan Berhala, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur - established in 1895, a Sri Lankan temple in Brickfields of Kuala Lumpur, a place for worship that practises Sri Lankan Theravada Buddhist tradition, also a focal point for the annual Wesak festival within the city suburb
2) Church of Our Lady Of Fatima, Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur - established in 1963 to serve a growing Catholic community in & around Brickfields area
3) Orthorox Syrian Church Cathedral Of St Mary The Theotokos, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur - over 90 years old, Rev Fr Alexios OIC from Kerala, India conducted the 1st Orthodox service in Malaya in 1928 !
4) Kompleks Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur - completed in 2015 by the City Hall of Kuala Lumpur to reflect India culture, the stairwells toppled with ornate domes, lower floor housed with a food court offering a variety of local Indian food !
4) La Salle School, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur - a Christian Mission school established in 1953, first intake of students in January 1954
5) Little India, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur - near to KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur main public transport hub, known as Kuala Lumpur's Little India due to a high number of Indian residents & businesses, now a vibrant place with new hotels, condominiums, shopping complexes, high rise commercial buildings etc
6) Jalan Jalan (Walkabout) from Little India, Jalan Tun Sambanthan > NU Sentral Mall / KL Sentral Station ( my return journey after 1 1/2 hrs of cultural walking tour in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur)
Grocery (pumpkin & sunflower seeds, walnuts, raisins & dates = Rm62) shopping in Mahnaz Food, Subang Parade, SS19, Subang Jaya before heading home !
