" My Makan Makan (Eating) Chinese New Year Day 5 Wednesday Jan 29 2020 with 11 of my ex-colleagues & Linda's sister from Melbourne (a very warm welcome) - our annual re-union lunch at Jaya Palace Restaurant during the Chinese New Year - wishing you all a Happy New Year ! A big thank you to Rosemary for organizing this CNY lunch "
1) Jaya Palace Restaurant, No 12, Wisma LYL, Jalan 51a/223, Petaling Jaya, Selangor (nearest LRT station is Asia Jaya)
2) Private fine dining rooms (each room is named after an old dynasty of China) at Jaya Palace Restaurant, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
3) Live fish & seafood on display at Jaya Palace Restaurant
4) Food Glorious Food ! 7 dishes of sumptuous food from a selected Jaya Palace's CNY menu (Rm1188 ++) for a table of 10 but for 12 of us, each contributed Rm140 (US$34) for this lovely CNY lunch ! Oops, forgot to take a picture of steamed glutinous rice with waxed meat !
