" My Staycation No 11 (Transition to Endemic Phase) free & easy visit together with my brother's Hong family (Jennifer, Wendy & Bryan) to Royal Selangor Pewter Factory & Visitor Center in Setapak Jaya, Kuala Lumpur on Sunday June 19 2022 (13.00 > 15.30), travelling by my own vehicle Rapid from Subang Jaya, my 44th outdoor trips after a National Lockdown (Movement Control Order / Emergency) imposed by the Malaysian Government on May 6 2021 due to a spike in Covid-19 cases; a National Vaccination campaign is currently being implemented by the Malaysian Government (Phase 1 started in Feb 2021), as at Feb 5 2022, a total of 22.9 million individuals or 97.9% of the adult population in Malaysia have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations; Malaysia is now under the Transition to Endemic Phase starting from April 1 2022, an exit strategy that could allow Malaysians to return to near-normal life after nearly over 2 years of battling the pandemic "
It's school holiday in Singapore ! On Friday June 17 2022, my youngest brother, Hong & his 3 family members (Jennifer, Wendy & Bryan) took a First Coach (S$70 return) from Singapore (departing 11.45) & arrived in Subang Parade, Subang Jaya, Selangor at around 17.00 instead of 15.30 due to a traffic jam & rain.
After the hotel check in, I joined my brother's family for a dinner in an old established Hainanese restaurant in Brickfields, not far from Hotel Aloft.
On Saturday, my brother Weng's family hosted a dim sum lunch in a restaurant in USJ, Subang Jaya & a reunion dinner for my brother Hong's family & my 3 sisters in Puchong, Selangor
On Sunday (Father's Day), after a reunion lunch with my family in a restaurant in Subang Jaya & together with Hong family, our group paid an educational & interesting visit to the Royal Selangor Pewter Factory & Visitor Centre before driving them back to their hotel.
As for the coming Monday June 20, our group decided to visit the Lalaport Bukit Bintang Centre & for a lunch in Kajang Stadium famous for Kajang satay !

Jalan Jalan (Walkabout) - after a lunch in Subang Jaya & our group made a visit to Royal Selangor Pewter Factory / Visitor Centre in Setapak Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, an educational & interesting visit especially for my brother Hong's family from Singapore, My last solo visit to this center by Rapid KL MRT & LRT trains was in Feb 2020 prior to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak !

Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral, Kuala Lumpur - a 4 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, near to Brickfields nicknamed the Little India, my brother Hong's family stayed for a week in this hotel due to public transport convenience & also the hotel offered an attractive room tariff for a quad room weekday stay in June 2022 !
