1) Breakfast in a local Vietnamese restaurant nearby our hotel in Hue prior to boarding a sleeper bus from our hotel to Danang (104km, 2hrs) for a 3 nights stay & our last city of hotel accommodation in Vietnam; savouring a bowl of pork & chicken rice vermicelli 40,000dong (Rm7.80).
2) Sleeper bus ride (09.00 > 11.00) from Hue > Danang, bus ticket price 17,000dong (Rm33)

Danang, Vietnam - a coastal city in central Vietnam, known for its sandy beaches & history as a French colonial port, a popular base for visiting the inland Ba Na Hills to the west of the city, the hillside of Hai Van Pass has views of Danang City Bay & the Marble Mountains, these 5 limestone outcrops are topped with pagodas & hide caves containing Buddhist shrines. My last visit to Danang was in Jan 2014 !
1) My 3 nights accommodation in Centre Hotel, 18-20, Pham Phu Thu, Hai Chau, Danang - spacious room, ideally located near Han Market, room tariff (twin sharing) online booking Rm53.70 per night @Rm26.85 per pax.
2) Walkabout in Danang city centre near Han Market (within walking distance from Hotel Centre)
3) Chua Long Tho Temple, Danang
3) Waterfront Area, Danang - a 50 metre walk from Centre Hotel !
4) Han River Bridge, Danang - 201 metres long, built in 1997 & officially opened in 2000.
5) Dragon Bridge, Danang - 666 metres long, built in 2009 & completed in 2013, every Saturday & Sunday at 9pm, the dragon breathes fire & water each for a minute or two ! No luch for our group to witness this sight as our visit was during the weekdays.
6) Cho Han Supermarket by Day & Night, Danang - the entrance & outskirts of Cho Han are a bustling market place with florists, fruit & vegetables traders , pharmacies & jewellers.
7) Lunch in Bun Xuong 89 Restaurant, Danang - savoured a bowl of pork rib rice vermicelli soup 50,000dong (Rm9.75) quite similar to Malaysian Cantonese style noodle soup so a real treat to each of my travel buddy ....

11) DHC Marina, Danang - lively waterside hangout with casual dining, shops & a landmark statute of a carp becoming a dragon.
12) Cho Dem Son Tra Night Market, Danang - cool hub of street food vendors in a small venue decorated with paper lanterns, near to DHC Marina so you could enjoy the local Vietnamese street food & a jar of cool beer & rest your feet here !

Danang - built in 1923, this Gothic-style pink church in the Danang city centre has a weatherclock-topped steeple.
