" My Staycation No 15 & 16 (Transition to Endemic Phase) free & easy visit on Saturday June 25 2022 (07.45>14.30) to Kampung Batu MRT station & Sunday 26 2022 (08.45 > 11.15) to Skypark Terminal (Subang Airport), travelling by Rapid KL MRT & LRT & KTM trains from Subang Jaya, my 48th & 49th outdoor trips after a National Lockdown (Movement Control Order / Emergency) imposed by the Malaysian Government on May 6 2021 due to a spike in Covid-19 cases; a National Vaccination campaign is currently being implemented by the Malaysian Government (Phase 1 started in Feb 2021), as at Feb 5 2022, a total of 22.9 million individuals or 97.9% of the adult population in Malaysia have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations; Malaysia is now under the Transition to Endemic Phase starting from April 1 2022, an exit strategy that could allow Malaysians to return to near-normal life after nearly over 2 years of battling the pandemic "

My two "Wonderful" weekend train rides ie my first train ride by Rapid KL LRT & MRT from my home place (Subang Jaya) > Kampung Batu MRT station (a newly opened MRT train route from Kwasa Damansara > Kampung Batu) & my first KTM train ride from Subang Jaya KTM train station > Skypak Terminal (Subang Airport)
Free Rapid KL MRT & LRT train rides Saturday June 25 2022 from Subang Jaya > Kampung Batu (opening of the 1st phase of the Putrajaya Line which is expected to be fully operational hopefully by Jan 2023); in the meantime, you may make use of this MRT Putraline services to visit places in Metro Prima, Kepong Baru or Jinjang for food or window shopping !
1) The start (09.00) of my Rapid KL LRT & MRT train ride from SS15, Subang Jaya > Pasar Seni (transit)
2) Rapid KL MRT train ride from Pasar Seni MRT > Kwasa Damansara MRT; my travel buddy, KF Wong stays in Kota Damansara hence an ideal meet up point for my travel group especially in Surian MRT station & then adjourns for a drink or lunch in downtown Kota Damansara area ! Kwasa Damansara MRT station (looks impressive) is 2 stations from Surian MRT station. Kwasa Damansara MRT station is the main transit point to the newly opened Kampung Batu MRT station for visitors heading to Putrajaya but this MRT train route from Kampung Batu beyond is yet to open, most likely in Jan 2023 !

Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (also called Subang Airport or Subang Skypark is located in Subang, Petaling District, Selangor; Subang International Airport served as Kuala Lumpur's main airport from 1965 to 1998, before the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang was opened, now a low cost air carrier base ie Firefly, Batik Air Malaysia & Raya Airways (non-passenger)
