1) Chandni Chowk & the Spice Market, New Delhi
2) Sikh Guruwara Temple, New Delhi - our group sit on the carpet inside the prayer hall listening to the beautiful music of devotion for 20 minutes, heads need to cover with scarf and shoes taken off !

Lahore Gate - the main gate to the Red Fort; every Indian Independent Day since 1947, the national flag is unfurled here & the Prime Minister makes a speech from its ramparts.
Delhi Gate, almost identical to Lahore Gate; located at the southern end
Chhatta Chowk - a bazzar where silk, jewellery & other items for the imperial household were sold during the Mughal period; walls, ceilings & pavements are now under renovation & reconstruction !
Imperial enclosure - Moti Masjid, the hammam, Divan-I-khas, Khas Mahal & the Rang Mahal
Makan Makan (Eating) - Lunch in a local favorite food stall near Chandni Chowk, crowded & very good business & this tempted our group to try out their roti with curry gravies but your stomach must be strong otherwise diarrhea or stomach upsets could ensue and a bad day awaits you !
Dinner in Drunkyard Café Family Restaurant in Pahar Ganj, New Delhi - my first taste of local spicy Indian food, yummy yummy & very appetizing !
