Day 9 - Saturday 11th August 2018 - spending our day focusing on visits to Siam Square, Lumphini Park, Ewaran Shrine, Platinum Market & Ratchaprasong Walk; using MRT subway (MRT ticket for 1 stop is 16bht, 3 stops is 21bht & 7 stops is 30bht)
1) Panoramic view of Bangkok city from the 12th Floor of Prime Hotel, sister company of Chic Hostel while having our complimentary buffet breakfast
2) Took a MRT subway from Hua Lamphong station to Silom & visited Lumphini Park
3) Took a Skytrain from Silom station to Siam & visited Erawan Shrine (4 Face Buddha)
4) Taking a Ratchaprasong Walk from Ewaran Shrine to Zen Departmental Store
5) Centralworld & Food Bazar located next to Zen
6) Ganesha & Trimurti Shrine - The Lord of Success & Lord of Love - both shrines are located in front of the Centralworld Mall
7) Ratchaprasong Area
8) The Platinum Fashion Mall
9) Platinum Market - shopping haven, crowded, congested, packed with people during the weekend !
10) Train Night Market Ratchada, Bangkok - take MRT subway to Thailand Cultural Centre and a 10 minute walk to the Night Market
11) Esplanade Mall, Bangkok (near Train Night Market Ratchada)

1) Complimentary buffet breakfast at Station Café, 12th Floor, Prime Hotel, next to Chic Hostel
2) Eating stewed beef tendons (900bht-2 bowls) at a bazar food stall in front of Centralworld Mall
3) Dinner at the same chicken rice (50bht) food stall near Chic Hostel + a sampling of mango sticky rice (80bht) for our group
